A padded clothes hanger with a zipped fabric pouch that hangs concealed inside a garment. Hang a coat or a jacket over it and the pouch disappears into the middle of a full wardrobe.

This is the best option in the range for documents. The pouch lies flat, so passports, certificates, paperwork and cash sit without folding or creasing, and the closet is a place people rarely search thoroughly because it takes time to go through hanging clothes properly.

Use it in the middle of a densely packed rail rather than at either end. The garment covering it should be something you rarely wear, so it does not get pulled out regularly. A winter coat in summer works well.
