Description

A light bulb that unscrews at the base to reveal a hollow interior. It is designed to be stored rather than installed, and it works best among spare bulbs in a utility drawer, a garage shelf or a fixture box.

Spare bulbs are one of those household items that accumulate and never get examined. A drawer with four or five bulbs in it is not somewhere anyone searches, and a single bulb among them is completely anonymous.

The compartment holds rolled bills, a spare key or small jewelry. Three sizes are available; the larger offers noticeably more room.

Do not attempt to install it in a working fixture. It is a storage item, not a functioning bulb, and it should be kept where unused bulbs would naturally sit.
