Money Belt with Hidden Compartment
Description
A webbing belt with a zipped cash channel running the full length of the strap. You wear your emergency money rather than carrying it, which is the oldest and still the most reliable travel security advice there is.
The channel is on the inside face and lies flat, so folded bills produce no visible bulge and the belt looks and functions like any other. It takes a substantial number of notes along its length.
The main use is travel. Pickpocketing and bag theft target wallets and bags, not belts, and a belt stays on you in situations where a bag might be set down or taken. Splitting your cash between your wallet and your belt means a theft does not leave you stranded.
Two lengths are available: 120 cm with an ABS buckle, and 130 cm with a metal quick-release buckle. Note that metal buckles will need removing at airport security.
